La ricetta è ottima! Con questo stesso impasto creo dei biscotti... Fare la torta è però più veloce, quindi prossima volta farò così. Pensavo di utilizzare tortiera quadrata o rettangolare e di tagliare la torta a quadretti, guarnendo ogni quadretto con una mandorla. Sembrano così delle pastine. Tasty!! we love those little ones too. I always add some vitamin c powder (half a teaspoon) ... it then has a slightly longer shelf life. this is really such a good recipe. You can also add a little amaretto flavordropps (not too much, it' s very strong). I will try this rec. too.

I have made cookies like this using your recipe too, my mum adores them. So maybe I'll make this cake next time. Do you think it would be a good idea to add some lemon juice in the dough too (+ a bit more flour to make it solid enough)? I feel like I want them to taste more lemon-like, a bit sour

we make this but a bit differently Beat the two eggwhites (with a little sugar and a drop of lemon juice) into peaks, and fold them into the egg yolks and fluid sugar (half a cup or to taste maple syrup), cut up strawberries or other fruit and fold them and the almond flour plus a tbsp crushed linseeds (takes up any excess water) into the mix. Cook 20 mins or until cooked
