Honestly Trevor i have a hard time watching these videos. I live in Copenhagen Denmark and miss authentic Mole so much and when you show that close up my mouth waters so much. The last Mexico video you made i paused it at the Mole Close up's and then skipped past them. As i write this i am currently making homemade tortillas with my 3 year old son, refried black beans, Mexican rice, and Pico de gallo, but unfortunately Mole is a LONG RECIEPE of ingredients i just can't get here. I can always get jarred condensed Mole that you mix with Broth and it's fairy good, but unfortunately i have not had the time to order any lately and have been without it for 3 months. Your video's are great and the quality consistently improves, but you need to tone down the mole close ups. Cheers from Copenhagen to you and ting. Ting actually means "thing" in Danish and i always think that when i hear her name. My so also enjoys watching your video's which is perfect for a young half Mexican and Half Danish toddler who has never been to Mexico. Be safe and have a good one.
