But I feel like man that love drill have disrespected grime !!! If it wasn’t for grime there would be no drill n without people like Wiley’s skepta ghetta lethal B ect there would be non these new artists about soo put respect on grime n the older who made the scene what it is today
@youngaRLK9 ай бұрын
I agree with you but what about uk hip hop ? Would there be grime without the earliest rappers here? Real uk hip hop is still considered underground but the scene is bigger than ever. Artists known globally but still never any mentioned or nominated for Brit or rated awards

@@youngaRLK but it’s the sound that popped off n made way for these man today right channel U n all them urban channels really helped also I mean if you look around people like wiley skepta kano dizzy lethal b are still About n still making music bro it’s crazy

That don't even make sense bro UK drill is inspired by American drill and then UK drill type beats evolved. Drill spawned in bare places cause of Chicago and a lot of those places like Australia, France and NY decided to take UK drill type beats and use them as the UK drill sound evolved. It really would have still happened if Grime was never even thought of.
@user-uu2fb7cd2z9 ай бұрын
They have but its because there are barely any mcs that stick to grime and don’t explore other genres that are actually successful..Skepta doesn’t stick to it, Ghetts doesn’t, Kano doesn’t, wiley doesn’t ..so it’s hard to respect a genre when the creators dabble in other styles of music soo regularly
@grmav29009 ай бұрын
@@underworldunraveled it makes sense for UK !!!! Simple as that n first man do drill was LD he created that sound for uk going back too what I said if it wasn’t for the old skool artist people like LD wouldn’t be here today

Most UK drill songs and rappers sound the same. In the grime scene everyone had unique flows and styles. Grime is much better than drill. Not to mention less evil and demonic

Grime is the most embarrassing thing to come out the UK and only you fossils are pretending it’s relevant in 2024.
@douBBle03066 ай бұрын
Everything you just said about drill is exactly the same as grime though. At least drill is real life, nobody wants to hear some "Mc" talking about how heavy his flow is 😂

This was an amazing interview. The fact that Uknown T spoke about his upcoming success for music and his opinion on the evolution of drill, made me become humble for myself. I’m not a musician but I have just finished Uni and it made me feel grateful for my situation about life, because it’s not always going to be easy, but we have to keep pushing. Furthermore, him being in jail makes me think that just because you’re at a certain level, doesn’t mean that you can bully anybody lower than you in status because things change rapidly. Lastly, him about Digdat made me laugh😂, he had made songs with these two, when they are clearly beefing 😂😂, and the rumour about someone’s dad really got me in my opinion about something happening in the endz.
