Mark, I’d like to hear your thoughts and experience on Complex PTSD, particularly when using hypnosis. I can’t see a video on this other than the widely used diagnosis of PTSD. I’m not a huge fan of labels but feel some people need a form of clarification and a way to describe to family and friends what it is that they are experiencing. I’m seeing clients with what I feel is complex PTSD more and more. Thank you for all that you do, I find it very useful.

I fainted at school a number of times too...... not fun
