What I don't understand is why she didn't go after the idiot lady that help up some paper over her face and then said that she was NOT going to help because she was on camera. WHO is the supervisor in that office. It's also funny how the first lady in that office was there and then, she just dissappeared. In fact, as you panned the camera at the end, there was no one at any window but that black lady. I also found it very suspect that your question about who and what on the FOIA request should be KNOWN to all with an office SOP to show exactly the answers and procedures. But, with a reputation so bad, it's wonder they were able to do what they did for you ...............but relictantly.

Just because he is recording makes him no different.. Like he points out they are recording all the time. Also why didn't t the IT woman take it. She is suppose to.. Just because he was recording. It was a follow up he was doing a request for all the emails about him. So he can see how they plan to try to cover up his arrest.. Note the officer Tried to almost do it again. Most Likely was told he was wrong and already in a lawsuit .. Note how they did nothing because there is nothing they could to. Also when they are responding to a "complaint" they are suppose to have their Cameras Running all the time.. This is not a good look for them..

I work in an office that provides services to the public and is tax payer funded. Years ago there was a man who wanted to record while in the office. The front desk lady made a big deal about it. I said I would talk to him. He just wanted to submit some papers and asked if I could make a copy of them for him. I did. He thanked me and left. The front desk lady said “you know he has you recorded?” I said “what does the recording show? That I was respectful and helpful? I don’t have anything to hide”. Simple as that.

Everyone should be able to appriciate that not everyone wants to be on KZbin. While I support this channel and the Constitution it inadvertently provides just one more challenge to working for the public, trapped at work and having your face splashed on the internet against your wishes. I feel for the people working or conducting business and have no choice but to walk away to avoid being a part of your channel. Despite being filmed everwhere we go nowadays I dont think Ill ever get used to having a camera in my face, it always feels like a personal violation despite being 'legal.'

Because the training is lacking. This is what it comes down to. This should be Part of the onboarding that you get when you become a public official in one of these buildings. They should let you know that being recorded by citizens is perfectly lawful legal activity. And if they do that, just do your job effectively, don't give them any grief because they have a right to do so. If you are uncomfortable with being recorded, then I would suggest maybe you seek employment elsewhere. I know what I'm asking, but I've also been in a government official. I've worked in everything from The random nobody removing a park to now a person in an office making decisions.

It's always blown my mine as an ex coal miner, I had to know the mines and quarries act because if I f'd up I'd be in serious trouble and probably sacked. But seeing how public officials. Employees and also the police don't have to know their jobs or the law.
