Name and shame. This isn't just buying into a simple scam, this is the biggest purchase most people make their entire lives and deserve to know who to avoid. But then again, this is KSL and we all know the quality of your reporting isn't even crap at best.

I appreciate and concur with the findings of this report. Now, I'd like to transition to something else using this report's principles as a basis. Think of a News outlet comment section as a public square where people share their views of a journalist's piece. What if certain comments are removed not because they violate decorum guidelines, but simply because they express criticism or opposing views? People entering this public square may believe they are hearing from the community, but are they? Moderation is important. There needs to be some governance of respect to others. However is this how moderation is being used? Or is it used to limit what perspectives can be heard. Just as it's essential for potential buyers to see negative but genuine feedback about builders, we should also encourage the general public to have a voice in comment sections. Embracing a variety of viewpoints can lead to a more healthy comment section.

@@wasatchm Exactly what I am referring to. I would like to encourage other to keep posting. All types of respectful to other comments. I think it's important for individuals to share diverse perspectives, especially as the media increasingly attempts to shape narratives and label those with differing opinions as extremists. Although KSL still rejects some of my respectful comments, I've noticed a decrease in this over the last year. It seems that some organizations are beginning to address the issues they may have in moderation. I believe there has been an intentional effort to skew the comment board. This done with aim of trying to show false trends. If you feel you are alone in your opinion you may believe there is something wrong with yourself. It is amazing how often fair opinion polls are far off from KSL comment board sentiment.

It’s not just houses. I’ve seen what amounts to bribery on Amazon to remove a negative review… more than once. And when I didn’t take the bribe, Amazon removed it anyway, saying it was because the issue was being investigated. Buyer beware.

It seems to me that if you are a business owner, you have no logical reason to be in business if you can't create something of great quality and stand up to your product and hard work. If there's room for negative criticism regarding your work, you aren't providing quality and you have no legitimate reason to be in business. The solution is simple, don't produce garbage and don't cut corners in order to make a profit. Don't deceive your customers or yourself.

I sometimes wonder why you guys decide certain things or newsworthy all that happened here was a smart man decided he did not want to enter into a contract so he did not that's all people have to do is read the contract and decide what they want to do if you sign a contract you are bound by it if you don't sign it you are not that is the law you cannot in this country legally tell somebody what they can put in a contract I can put in a contract that if you're going to work for me you have to be naked and standing on your hands the entire time you're on the clock if you don't like that you don't take the job is that simple man we all have the right to do what we want as long as it's not affecting somebody else if somebody else is willing to do what we want them to do for whatever then this country there is no law against it

Any builder that was successful that had a client that was forced to pay 💰 money for a illegal guy Claus. Should have their buildings license revoked for one year . And they are not allowed to build under another builders license during that year . And if they break this punishment or repeat the violation, they are to have a lifetime suspension in the trade . Banned for life from the building trade, they could go flip burgers, clean toilets as janitorial, go, sweep, and pick up garbage . This includes in all 50 states so they cannot jump states and just get another contractors license and start all over again
