It's gotta be something with an edge or a point if you have Ti to use. Maybe a retractable blade... or torture yourself by making a saw and having to cut and set teeth in Ti. But if you're looking for build inspiration... Do Not watch "Se7en" this weekend.

Thanks for the video. That was fun. Have you ever built a similar blade with a chain mail sleeve instead of a solid sleeve? You'd probably want a brace inside the chain mail to provide support when cutting things, but chain mail as a protective sleeve might look cool.
