their live shows are going to be cool to experience so much powerful and uplifting energy in the music and lyrics it definitely has a very space science fiction and its nice to see them get a juno award in their home country honestly, power metal from Vancouver BC some really awesome uplifting energy on this record the absolutely awesome rhythms in every direction and aspect from the keyboards piano guitars and drums and her very cool vocal range i don't hear anything that would keep me from buying this album

PH4/Nakin Skywalker...🤔. The biomes are the domed cities in the "Green And Glass" video, where the humans live, while outside the world is pretty much dead. She thinks humanity is this wonderful species because of what she has learned online, howeverrrrr..... This album really gets more and more impressive with each listen.

Unleash the Archers have long left the obscure metal underground behind them, their popularity and fan base increasing steadily since their inception in 2007 have been solidifying a remarkable reputation over the last couple of years. Since the release of their previous record “Abyss”. The new record “Phantoma” is not only a musical follow up but also a sequel to the story line of its predecessor, and hence it had to live up to the same prestigious standard. Phantoma is once again a concept album but this time contrary to what happened in their two previous albums Apex/Abyss which had a purely fantasy lyrical imprint, to a theme more focused on a dystopian, distant future from us but not too much - we are in fact talking about the year 2089 where a robot equipped with Artificial Intelligence becomes sentient and finds itself colliding with the world of humans. This artificial intelligence which in its becoming partially sentient approaches the world of human beings for the first time, a world that at first glance it seems rosy and fantastic but it will soon reveal all its rottenness. The change of themes and the concept of the record which obviously follows a story from the first the last track also sees a partial change in sound introducing a greater use of synths compared to previous albums, with some minimal electronic sections to recreate that futuristic vision that the band probably had in mind to represent the concept of the album. The reality, is that all these synths give the album an almost 80's flavor (definitely retro, rather than futuristic and dystopian...) Brittney herself was supposed to be an intro but which was then transformed into a real composition which in its more mid-tempo atmospheres lays the foundations for the concept and immerses the listener in history. it is with the title track that returns to territories closer to their classic sound, 'Phantoma' is a rather long piece with its six and a half minutes, and honestly the duration is not justified by the structure of the piece which is rather linear and which could have been cut by at least a minute. That said, wonderful piece!. Although 'Unleash The Archers' have spiced up their sound with synths and more electronic parts on this album, Green & Glass is a example of how UTA's knows how to create wonderful compositions with synth-pop sounds combined with truly memorable melodic lines. The positive shift of the narrative dictates for a different sound and vibe compared to the previous record. One thing I always liked about UtA that I don’t often find in power metal is just how well executed their drum section is. Scott has fast driven double kicks and snare patterns used frequently, but they are efficiently spiced up with cool transitions and a sense of groove that breaks the dynamic, not allowing the songs to become stale. Jacob has put his expert touch on the mixing and mastering of ' Phantoma ', 😁 ♫ 🇬🇧
