Truly the secret is never going down the road of using these sprays or wigs. It gets expensive. It is extremely time-consuming. You will constantly think about whether it's going to rain or someone is going to touch it or you have to pull on a sweater or a ton of other things. The second you see your hair thinning just bite the bullet and shave it. I know it sucks. But please don't go down the road of trying to hide it because it does not in the long run give you confidence and it becomes a problem when you have to stop doing it and you will always get in a situation where it becomes obvious what you're doing through no fault of your own like raining unexpectedly or something. Just be bald. It might mean you have to work out a bit or change other parts of your style but seriously, for men, it really should be our go-to option

Around 19 it got noticeable and fast forward to now, I’m almost 22 and it’s to the point where I don’t even recognize myself in the mirror anymore. Do yourself a favor and cut through the bs early on, shave it off. I’ve buzzed my head multiple times now and sure it isn’t what I want deep down but it’s what I have to live with.
