KB Swings are, imo, the single best exercise for athletic performance. I used them as an ice hockey player back in NZ, and now as a runner in the UK. Love to hear a familiar accent too mate 😊

Simply Greaaaat exercise, key point is hip thrust causing the swing of KB, Wow from 8 kg to 32 kg, hats off, mine stopped at 16 kg. Another similar one, KB prisoner's good mornings , effective hip hinging, 8kg to 28 kg

I had that fear as well. Just start with a lighter weight and build up
