What an absolutely beautiful team of Percherons. They just shine like satin. You would think they are years older than they are they are so well mannered. I could envision them hitched to a beautiful carriage. You are an amazing trainer. ❤

An absolute magnificent team of percherons. Well done on show casing how they work in all aspects of what they can handle. I know you all love feedback ,The best part i like about this video and all your videos is how you all are 100% true and honest and prove that by demonstrating each skill set a team has. What i noticed most about this team is how well they work together even when switching sides. They were very well behaved in town with the busy traffic and no worries with crossing the bridge with green river below. I agree with you,someones gonna get a very nice team and It'd be hard for someone to find a better team of horses as skilled as them boys at the ages of 3 and 4. Your alls hard work and dedication sure comes thru with results.

Love your videos. Watch most all of them. One thing I will say been around horses my whole life. You people have the quietest and well broke horses. Great job. And they seem so soft to handle.

I enjoy your videos. I keep watching them and seeing these good horses. My only problem is Im afraid you are going to get so popular as a horse salesman I will not be able to afford to buy any from you. I am still a year or more from being ready to buy but I hope to do business with you as soon as I can.
@HasteDraftHorsesandMules Жыл бұрын
Well I aint gonna change sir no matter the popularity We sell horses for what they are worth to us and go with it. Good horses aint cheap and Cheap horses aint good. A old timer told me that when I was a little boy and ill always remember that cause its TRUE . When your ready I'll be here to help you and find a team we have to fit your budget !! Promise you that sir. We really appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment on our channel . I agree they are sure a special team. God Bless and Thank you so much

How long would it take them to plow an acre
@HasteDraftHorsesandMules11 ай бұрын
I wish I could answer that question for you, but there’s no actual guaranteed time. It would take them to plow an acre. I guess it would depend on what mood I’m in what mood the horses are in the ground if it’s softer or hard or damp or wet or how many rocks are in the ground or how sharp the plow point is that’s the best answer. I know for you on that. Thank you for your comment and your question. I sure appreciate it and thank you for watching our channel. God bless you.

It’s a shame the boys can’t reproduce. They are beautiful strong and obedient. And not a bit skiddish. So easy to work with. My grandfather had a big percheron named prince. And he sure looked the part. And he wasn’t afraid of hard work. He pulled log sleighs with over a cord of green wood on them with such ease, and no fussing about. He was so pleasant to work with. And very friendly to people. I believe the world is going in a direction where horses will be more relevant than they are now. Great video.

"Overall, gelding is a common practice in the horse industry and is often done for the well-being and safety of the horse. I completely agree with you. If I planned to keep these horses and was in the business of breeding and raising horses, I would not geld them. Thank you very much for your comment and for watching our videos. We truly appreciate your support. May God bless you!"

They are not .... they are so gentle im sure we could ride them. As far as selling them as broke riding horses I cant do that.

I do wish people would stop docking tails, for me it ruins the look of a good horse.
@HasteDraftHorsesandMules Жыл бұрын
YES ... I agree with you 100%. Unfortunately I cant help it if they are docked before I purchase them. Most dock tails at an early age. Some folks wont have a draft team with out docked tails . You know the reason they started docking tails , Farmers traditionally docked Percheron tails to prevent them from getting tangled in machinery.
@DaveBurcham9 ай бұрын
@@HasteDraftHorsesandMules You are absolutly right Steven, they didn't dock tails for looks, it was for the safety of the horse. 👍
