The last exhibit I put in the museum was for the goblin olympics but I forgot to do it in time for the goblin olympics video so it ended up being off camera and then the game was running so poorly by the end of this one that I was happy to just retire and leave the museum one exhibit short lol

Sad to see New Dwarf City go, but this opens the road for even more forts. I would personally like more themed forts like the Christmas one, or challenges like the unicorn ranch.

breaching the HFS is an indirect end to the fort because clowns keep spawning and never despawn sadly even if the hole is breached. Hopefulyl this gets fixed :(

I'm really excited for adventure mode to be added, I never could get into it on the text version of the game and I feel like having the new graphics and menus would help a lot so I'm super excited to see it.

New Dwarf City was such a lovely series, I'm amazed at how well you seem to set up all your would-be mountainhomes. I'm having so much fun slowly learning the systems and inching further along with every failed fort, it's stories like these with all your silly side-projects that keep me embarking and re-embarking despite the difficulty of getting anywhere near you were at for just the second video in this playlist.

I loved the series, but I fully understand your issue. Especially once you open the gates to the underworld fps starts going to hell as the pesky critters breed as well. These days I make sure to have my FB's plentiful enough to clean up the caves as well, but I cannot get to the end game without DFHack to clean up some stuff once a while. Waiting for a native Linux version to play on my workstation rather than my tablet as I currently do.

You realize that your dwarves are going to just open up the fortress and get killed. So any adventure mode thing is going to be you running through a tomb hoping that you don't encounter any demons.

Who knew hell could be so boring? It's just a flat slab full of demons that infinitely reproduce and ruin your fps. Honestly for such a major feature I do hope it gets reworked to be a bit more manageable.
