This is a very powerful session. I’m just starting taking a life and health coaching certification and amazing . I see some tools like ,repeating what the client says , asking questions , bringing up past experiences. The coach never asked what happened. He was able to realized he was stuck because that was something he had to do as a child to feel safe 😢. He’s an adult and he is safe . He is able to look back and thank the child that was beautiful. I got Mr. Litvin’s I can’t wait to read it . Thank you so much for sharing .

The insight is so powerful to the question what is the value you need to provide in order for the client to pay £50,000. People pay the money for the insights they could generate and how much that insight is worth to them. It's kind of very important to be confident and self-assured in our ability to ask questions that our clients can generate those insights. You see, we can't generate those insights, only the client can. So, if we were to be running high paying client sessions then we should be looking for clients who are ready to pay that money to get those insights. Now how do those kinds of clients find you? The answer to this question will change everything for us.

Hey Rich! Lovely coaching session. I can see that you are using Matrix Re - Imprinting or something very similar. I am just starting with my coaching but have been using Matrix for 2 years and also EFT. Would you say that intuition is important with coaching? I hold space and use intuition and it works very well. : )

Richard Sykes I'm not familiar with Matrix, Richard. But I have learned to trust my intuition. Not the 'intuition' that says I have the 'right' answers for my client. But the intuition that tells me to keep leaning in, even when I feel uncomfortable. The intuition that tells me to be silent or tells me to speak up. Or the intuition that tells me to make a proposal or to leave it in the hands of the client to ask for coaching. Love. Rich
