Well done. Rich do you have any advice for brand new coaches (those who are under the experience of 50 clients level) on how to have these conversations? Sorry to read that, N. Vargas! What Rich Litvin meant by that is that coaches need to have the courage to say things that may be uncomfortable but are needed to help clients achieve their goals. If a coach has the approach of only "being a friend," they might avoid getting uncomfortable (like many friends do) and won't serve the client as powerfully. But every coach has their own style, so it's all about finding what resonates with you!
