The one who works out the most is Ryuga, he travelled place to place in storms and, deserts with the golden dragon on his forearm while climbing mountain by making it more difficult

There's a story I read in a math book, it's not real but it relates. A farmer bought a calve (baby bull), every morning he wound raise the calf over his head. Eventually the calf grew into a bull, which the farmer was able to lift above his head.. basically by being consistent.
