Great questions, Shane. You asked all the important questions that a beginner would understand. I often feel MS does a bad job at the training of new solutions or features they roll out. They should conduct more sessions like this to help customers adapt the new technology.

Hi Shane, As Manuela says, the CoE Toolkit is updated regularly by the MS teams. What is the best strategy to follow if we want to modify these reports to enrich them with our IT needs, without depriving ourselves of the updates?
