I lost around 100 lbs na due to eating shirataki rice - with combination of diet and exercise din. I use this “rice” as my rice replacement during lunch time. I eat a light merienda (few carbs ok lang) and sa gabi chix breast or burger patty na lang without rice. No breakfast.
