Hope they improved quality and warranty issues of those China campers. Wholesale on them is around 60K FYI. A couple of youtube videos on these talks about some really concerning issues on their axles and serviceability.

It’s ok but there are a lot of things that I don’t like about this camper. I am usually easily pleased but not this time. And I’m not gonna list all of the things I don’t like cuz I’d be here for an hour.😂 Anyway the video and tour was great as usual Myles!😊

Black series are garbage. ROA off road was the first company to import them but discontinued because of poor quality products and poor quality build.

I remember when ROA was first starting to do video tours of all of these campers. They were so pleased and excited about them. They would take some of them and go on trips and stayed in them and then put them back on their lot listed as an unused, new camper!😂

Cheap made. But the layout and the storage is great. I would add a few inches height in spots. Just needs quality materials and quality work used on build.

28 feet long. And not enough solar to maintain AC off grid. We have an HQ21 2022. We changed every component to be able to run the AC off grid. You need about 1400W of solar on top (which we have). Theres no problem with it being made in china. They can get the same materiel as the americans. The body and suspension is made tough. If you want it built in the USA the unit will cost you almost 200k$ to buy and it will be the same thing. And for the texastotables video. It isnt the unit... they forgot to service their bushings and make sure the shackles are still there (thats why their spring came out of place but they blamed black series)

@@benradey379 I did own one (HQ15), replaced because it was not large enough. Despite the concerns voiced by many, it was a nice trailer with no real issues. The wiring was questionable, this new setup looks much better.

@@extspence well yes, I would say a vast majority of the trailers are going to have little to no problems, but there is still a concerning amount of problems and not just little problems. in my opinion, its like picking your trailer out of the hat hoping its the right one that won't have problems. I'm glad to hear someone who's had a good experience with one.
