People commenting on used Black Oil have never stepped into the kitchen. Is he frying anything? How can he produce Black Oil? That is the natural colour of Peanut oil cold pressed. Please do not comment just for the same of commenting. Get into the kitchen and do some useful work. All the oil he uses to make goes into the Chole.

manonymous Actually in kitchen also if you use Soya oil or Groundnut oil more than 1-2 times, it turns black which is not good for health.. I am not judging vendor by black oil or golden colour oil, as long as customers not mind it & long line of customers definitely have no issues from it. BUT if its home kitchen or Vendor shop or 5 Star hotel, black means re-used oil which is not good for anyone.🙂
