Well if u lucky, u can get Magmarion from Set buster pack, right now u can get 2 for free, first in event shop and second in second master key marathon that right now (to get second u must complete first), we will also be able to get third set buster pack at second event week. Magmarion is 3.13%. I'm trying to get Ice servant from them

Not necessarily. See the Mooncake fight can be unlocked with 20 mooncakes, right? But the thing is there are 3 modes where you can search for rabbits. Those free "fights" give you free mooncakes as well.
