Are you kiddding there is a problem with your scooter's stock state m365 normally speeds at 25km on D and S mode only difference between them is on S mode it increases speed more agressively in other words speeds up quick. Go to a service Mine mod easily speeds up to 36 km on both 3 modes with stock hardwares and using it for 4 years nothing happened.

Wait a minute now then, what the heck is Regene in the tools section? I have basic M365, after flashing the lights just flashing down 1 by 1 repeatedly, when powering on the green light is lit up then it counts down from 4 lights to 3, 2 and then 1 and over again.Still though again in Tools what is Regene under Cruise Control it has radio check options Strong, Medium and Weak.

This was great, thank you very much. It took a while to get downG to connect to my scooter, but a couple of bluetooth switching on and off got it connected. Hacked it and now going to go for a test drive after its charged fully, thank you very much!! Also for those confused, the title does refer to the Xiaomi Mi Essential scooter (isnt really called m365 anywhere, despite supposedly having similar internals)

I'm glad it helped! Mine still shows battery bars. Not sure what might have happened. You can always factory reset back to the original if you wish.

I did this hack and it work thank you sir. My battery bar also show my problem is when charging. When im charging it at first the light indicator is green so its not charging after 20 mins the indicator lights will turn red that the time it will start charging. @@Lev.com123 i know you probably dont need help anymore but to answer your first question about the battery procentage, This firmware has charging mode removed so it doesnt say its charging on screen but check the actual charger and RED = Charging Green = Full or Disconnected. And you probably already have fixed the going back to original firmware but incase you didnt just go into this mi home app and remove the electric scooter from the app then connect it and the app will ask if you want to update just press yes. And if theres anything else you want to know just reply to me

Main problemnis battery. I fitted pro battery and goes with amazing torque. With essential it is not able to go steadily at the speed on slopes.

@@carldolan4404 I replaced the speed controller with one from aliexpress and used xaio flasher app to lash speed drive and its better than new, 27kph max xaio flasher was the best app by far as it will line up all the best software than flash it without ruining your scooter. Speed controller 20 bucks and Xiao laser is free..
