I've had high dollar tents that will have condensation on the interior following a heavy rain. This guy thought he was setting up a "room" away from his house without understanding "tent concept". And rain + 60MPH winds + EB weekend camper tent? Seriously dude, you've had a cush life!

I did that a couple nights during lockdown! I set up a tent outside and the kids slept out there and I stayed in the house (I didn't fall asleep so I could make sure they were safe) and called it social distancing from the kids.

I’ve put up and slept in many tents during rainstorms, usually old tents, and usually in Florida. Doesn’t matter how nice your tent is, you need a tent liner to keep out the water from the ground. Duh 🙄

Definitely! The rain fly did look like it might have some gaps in the seam where some water could get in, but he could repair that or could just get a new rain fly. He acts like the whole tent is useless, but clearly it's just one minor problem.

I always wonder what people would do in the opposite situation. If she bought it from him & the same thing happened, would he give her the $ back? If you're an adult and a parent, make better choices. If things don't work out, be irritated, learn from it, and teach your kids. If $70 was that important, don't buy the damn tent.

I’ve camped hundreds of times and these “waterproof tents” are not waterproof . In a big downpour like we have here in Florida . Everytime it pours water will puddle in the corners and different spots no it should be a lake inside but yes water will enter

You can waterproof a tent. I have an old tent and go camping every summer. Every couple of years I will waterproof my tent again just to be safe.

Yeah. Of course, pitch the tent inside...so you can't tell that it leaks like a sieve. No, don't put it up while it's raining....we all know that everyone who goes backpacking/camping in the boonies NEVER have to pitch their tent in the rain or snow, right? You just threw away your money buying someone else's "lemon" tent. You could have saved up and spent a few dollars more to buy a brand new tent with a warranty! Remember: getting wet in a tent causes problems....hypothermia can become a deadly problem.

I knew the plantiff would lose as soon as this case started given Milian's deposition towards him. If you watch her enough it's easy to see how she is towards black people in comparison to others. Oftentimes her tone is the sure fire giveaway. Never buy used
