DESCRIPTION:
I started reading The Artist's Way on my Kindle back in 2020 and never finished. So, I decided to buy the physical book and start it over! I've always had a pretty regular journaling practice, but I wanted to try The Morning Pages as Julia Cameron recommends in the book.
The 2 regular instructions are to write your Morning Pages first thing in the morning on a daily basis as a stream of consciousness or "brain dump" AND to take yourself on a weekly Artist Date.

Interesting. I listened to the audiobook years ago, but I never did any of the exercises. I am curious to give it a try.

Aw, you definitely should! I didn’t do ever single exercise but I did stick to the Morning Pages and the Artist Date. Amazing!!

Hey! It’s up to you but I personally write the Morning Pages in a separate notebook. :)
