Nice video! I use Overpass quite frequently but didn’t come to the idea searching for peaks close to a way. FYI: OSM has nodes, ways and relations as type of data. Ways are used for everything which is not a single point and therefore also for closed lines like buildings, lakes, areas, etc.

You can also use the inbuilt wizard to build the queries for you!
