In my case every goal (Tasks I've enjoyed) was set by my subconscious mind, whether it is important or not. One more thing,If you have deadlines you don't need motivation that's why I often use a countdown timer rather than stopwatch for some specific tasks. For me it is important to learn how to set goals by my concious mind. Thank you so much for this video sir 🙏🏻

A reminder, In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, at office, sitting in a park, when reading, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.

Third idea is incorrect. People who struggle to do things, they should visualise themselves into the process. If you want to be an IAS, imagine studying for 8 hours each day. Imagine yourself writing answers. Strengthen yourself to do the process. End result will come automatically. It doesn't mean that you should not imagine yourself be at Lbsnaa or district HQ, but the ratio should be 9:1

@@shyaaammeneen63 Thanks for your reply.I am assuming you are working Mr. Rajan. I have one query related to some previous video where he talked about waking early(1-2 hours before usual time) and going for workout. My question that myself and many others feel hungry after this workout. After having breakfast, with tummy full, we feel sleepy and not energetic to work. How to overcome this problem?
@shyaaammeneen633 жыл бұрын
@@Sagar-wn1po "Tummy full" is not a great thing to say if you are gyming it out. You will land up with a pot belly. Best to avoid snacking too much. Give time to your stomach and other organs to digest the food and also pass it out smoothly. Years back I settled my gut problem by eating less at night, reducing oily-spicey foods and also processed food and most important having two glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. Short walks are very effective. Your gym trainer is the best person to advise you on before and after of workouts. Avoid workout on an empty stomach. . By the way I am an independent life counsellor training senior students. Best wishes. Avoid comparing your life with others.

Agrim, First build your confidence. If possible do some public speaking courses which will motivate you. If you wish to change your field then know your strengths and weaknesses. Avoid comparing your life with others. To prevent any stress do the following practice regularly--====-Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Hey Agrim, I can understand you because I'm in the same phase. 3 years out of college, no job yet. Struggling hard to get a job. Also been through very serious personal health crisis due to the tension and stress. I just want to tell you that, you're not alone. There are many people out there going through the same phase. Don't get fooled by social media posts of people. That's fake! No one is happy! Everyone is suffering internally. Be focussed and work hard. This phase will soon end. This too shall pass.

@@meghanab3052 Read the msg I sent you and follow the tips to feel better. Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations even during my normal activities and I am feeling relaxed and healthy. Anywhere-anytime it can be done. Reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Read my msg and do the practice regularly. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir-Counsellor.
