It's nothing bro... Even if you give everything you have got, your chances of failing are 99 in 100, specially if you are from general category. If you have some means or way,try to get out of India to US, Canada or Europe as soon as you can. Best time to go is right after highschool.

In my case every goal (Tasks I've enjoyed) was set by my subconscious mind, whether it is important or not. One more thing,If you have deadlines you don't need motivation that's why I often use a countdown timer rather than stopwatch for some specific tasks. For me it is important to learn how to set goals by my concious mind. Thank you so much for this video sir 🙏🏻

Interesting videos Rajan. We have plenty of motivation in us, more than we could think - what we need is inspiration and that can be done by looking around us, finding examples of people making it through, achieving unrealistic goals etc. Find inspiration, not motivation.

A reminder, In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, at office, sitting in a park, when reading, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.

Mukul Gautam, Success means using your knowledge and skills to the best of your ability which only you know. Only you know yourself. If you still do not know about your natural skills then step out from your comfort zone, experiment and discover your aptitude related to various jobs. There is no right path--travel your journey alone and discover your right path which may keep changing which is ok. . Enjoy the journey of life. Don't compare your life with others or try to impress anyone except yourself. Too much advice is confusing. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir-Counsellor.

Third idea is incorrect. People who struggle to do things, they should visualise themselves into the process. If you want to be an IAS, imagine studying for 8 hours each day. Imagine yourself writing answers. Strengthen yourself to do the process. End result will come automatically. It doesn't mean that you should not imagine yourself be at Lbsnaa or district HQ, but the ratio should be 9:1

@@Sagar-wn1po "Tummy full" is not a great thing to say if you are gyming it out. You will land up with a pot belly. Best to avoid snacking too much. Give time to your stomach and other organs to digest the food and also pass it out smoothly. Years back I settled my gut problem by eating less at night, reducing oily-spicey foods and also processed food and most important having two glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. Short walks are very effective. Your gym trainer is the best person to advise you on before and after of workouts. Avoid workout on an empty stomach. . Also been through very serious personal health crisis due to the tension and stress. I just want to tell you that, you're not alone. There are many people out there going through the same phase. Don't get fooled by social media posts of people. That's fake! No one is happy! Everyone is suffering internally. Be focussed and work hard. This phase will soon end. This too shall pass.
