That’s why Brad mentioned Dean Phillip’s, 😅 please listen to the All-In podcast from a couple/three months ago with a one and a half hour interview with Brad‘s good friends and he frequently appears on the show too. Dean is the man, but hopefully after his eight year run, Jamie Dimon, and or even Tim Cook would make a great VP for Dean, the best US CEO-POTUS available.

While I honor Brad and his incredible mind, many years ago, having watched The Social Network and gotten glimpses of how Zuckerberg treated his peers, I found I could not invest in Meta with a clear conscience. No doubt, Zuck has managed to build a very resilient company, but while watching Brad's speech now and seeing news that Zuck had apologized openly, now seemed a good time to see if Zuck had evolved from my memories. What I saw shows that little, if anything, has changed, beyond, of course, product and growth. if leaders don't know when or how to apologize, what does it say about investors who claim to find people that they can believe in and trust? If leaders of industry don't know how and when to apologize, why does ESG even matter?

I guarantee you all the naysayers were around in early 80’s and look were the market is. So much money that the people who listened to the naysayers have missed out on.

Really good, except when Brad says we survived the global pandemic. Um, we survived a man made virus, endured big pharma at a compressed pace, suffered through fascist regimes and saw the biggest boom in risk assets due to 42% new creation of the money supply.

Lol. Great critical thinking (sarcasm alert). Let's assume it was a man-made virus (debateable), that doesn't mean it wasn't a global pandemic. Those two things are not mutually exclusive. "Enduring" operation warp speed = saved tens of thousands of lives, at least. Public health measures = fascism? Yeah... Is having health codes for restaurants is fascism, too? I guess Typhoid Mary should have been allowed to freely kill people, too. Those "fascist" actions again saved many, many lives. Other than that, great comments.
