I bought in a company name as it’s more litigious in the US. You cannot get finance until you’ve got at least 2 years tax returns.

@@StephenDuncombetv 4 tenants across 3 properties. Managing agents are terrible, don’t call back, don’t respond to emails and I’m tearing my hair out over it. Have contacted many agents but I guess the amount our business is worth to them is unattractive or something 🤷‍♂️

It’s hard to find good managing agents that won’t cost a fortune. This is why I preach FRI leases. You can then manage them yourself as there’s nothing to do other than collect the rent.
