@brotherscienceinthewildern8753Ай бұрын
As usual Brother, you hit the nail on the head! I particularly resonate with your statement that you don't need 8 hours of sleep each night. I function just fine with 3 to 5 hours. And dreams, YESSS!! They have been an amazing tool in my spirituality. I first realized the significance of dreams when I read the books by Carlos Casteñeda. Even though he was speaking from the perspective of the Yaki (Indians) and the Toltec tradition, the science is still relevant. I pray that those who are still shaking off the cobwebs of fundamentalist religions understand that this science is much more universal than the hardline rhetoric you'll find in those institutions. Keep bringing the fire Brother Reg!🙌🏾
@KemeticCenteredLivingАй бұрын
Thank you for sharing that brother. I so agree that these ideas are not for one group or only apply to certain people. The Kemetic concepts are UNIVERSAL. They cannot be contained in one religion or one spiritual system. Even Kemetic is only one framework not the only framework. But I like it because you can kill two birds with one stone so to speak. Break negative Christian programming and learn the universal concepts. Thanks for the encouragement, brother!

I read somewhere that during the twilight hours is the most sacred time to tap into the higher self or the Spirit of ones own and other life forms. It is said that the scientist John Washington Carver used to rise early in the morning for the purpose of commune with the Plant kingdom of the Woods and the Forests, which revealed to him many secrets about botany, that he then shared with humanity.

Excellent perspective! Look into BI-PHASIC sleep cycles. Prior to modern technology, we were more aligned with our circadian rhythms - so we would go to sleep much earlier. Back then, we would wake, read or do work, then go back to sleep and awake early.
@KemeticCenteredLivingАй бұрын
Indeed. I had not heard that term, we become much more aligned mind, body, and soul, when we go by our natural sleep patterns. Because of jobs and different societal pressures, we can always do that. But we don't all need eight hours of sleep every day to be rested.
@get2aaronАй бұрын
@@KemeticCenteredLiving Also look at the impact of the color changes in our light sources over the years. Up until the late 1800s, candlelight was still a primary source of light after sunset. And even bulbs emitted a similar color/wavelength. Now, insomnia is at an all-time high and we are bombarded by light on the blue end of the color spectrum. The SUN is the most important source of light. It regulates the circadian rhythm, generates Vitamin D in our bodies, and facilitates life in this realm. Catch the rising sun and reset!

I remember I was in a deep sleep where I slept for practically the whole day and I just could not wake up no matter how hard I tried. So while I was in my dream state it was like I had a new life. The dream was very surreal and it was then I realized I was in a dream. Whenever I am aware I am in a dream or I am about to die in the dreamscape then that is my cue to wake up. Not this time. I tried waking up but I was trapped in my dream. I was look up the sky in the dream world and shouting WAKE UP. The people in the dream world thought I was crazy. Then this is when it got crazier. I fell asleep in my dreamscape and went to another level. I did wake up from that dream and was back in the dream world I was previously in. Just like in that movie inception. What they experienced in that movie I basically experienced it too. Anyway, I finally woke up in this 'real' world, but was not convinced that I was back in reality. I began looking around my surroundings and people, not fully convinced. I felt I was losing my mind, and tried not showing it to others. So, I am wondering, what it this world is just another dream world and we have been so conditioned to accept it as real based on our experience. What if our bodies is just another dream avatar, or we are just body hopping. If we were born in a Harry Potter universe or a Star Wars universe all that hocus pocus and 'force' energy would be deemed 'normal' to us.

Most people dream is scattered but mines is always put together, and I can always control when I want to wake up If I feel uncomfortable in a dream I use that feeling to exit . I’m gonna start trying to control my dreams while I’m sleeping. Going to sleep with a particular idea and keep rethinking that idea as I’m sleeping to see what happens

I’ve experienced something three times now. Each time, it begins when I enter a kind of dream state. I find myself existing on a completely different timeline. In these experiences, I’ve spoken to people who, on my original timeline, have already passed away. They thought I was delusional when I mentioned this. Whenever this happens, I asked for the day, and year or looking for a calendar the date has been entirely different from what it should be. I even saw a successful version of myself on another timeline. The most recent occurrence was just two days ago. I felt a familiar sensation-like a vibration and I knew the jump will happen again. I lay down and indeed, it happened again. I have no explanation for this , that's why I am searching for answers The only thing I do is daily deep meditation into the void, where I completely detached myself from this world.

Frequently over the past few years, I’ve been getting a strong intuitive feeling after waking up from my dreams, that I re-visit the dream plane/world consistently. Whenever I wake up from a dream, it always feel like the same universe, and it’s not the same as Earth. Does anyone feel this way too?

Before I started my spiritual awakening the months leading up to it was very crazy. I begun have sleep paralysis 3 to 4 times week. And even though I first started lucid dreaming when I was in high school it became more frequent during this time… and it seemed all my dreams involved me have the power of telekinesis and I had total control over it and my use of it In my dream as before when I had dreams of telekinesis I couldn’t really use it in my dream like I wanted too… then 2020 came and my New Years resolution was to not have a mundane life like most people. I want to be a part of a world that most people never get to experience… something magical.. this was my resolution. Then I got sick from and the day before I died In back of an ambulance I dreamed of death and I kept telling myself don’t die… then June 6 2020 had respiratory failure and died in back of ambulance .

I completely understand. The thing is that that as humans we have a finite mind and human experience. We cannot know how the universe began. We can guess at it, but then our guess is only in the context of what we believe and experience. The ancients said we cannot KNOW.
@MJ_X2Ай бұрын
This is an unknowable answer! But our best guess, informed by ancient spiritual teachings and modern theoretical physics, suggests that energy was expelled from the source we call God, creating the universe in which our Earth exists. In the Gospel of Mary Magdalene, Jesus teaches that everything originates from and will return to one divine source, God. This idea parallels the concept of the 'Big Crunch,' a theoretical scenario where the universe eventually collapses back into a singularity, reversing its expansion. While this might happen eons from now as our 3D minds perceive it, in God’s reality-beyond time-it has already happened. Through transcending the construct of time, one might experience this return to source in the eternal present. This explanation, however, only touches on our single universe. Some theories suggest there could be infinite universes, each having its own subjective experience, ultimately returning to the same source, God. We are dealing with concepts on an enormous cosmological scale, governed by physics and energies beyond our comprehension. Our human minds cannot fully grasp these mysteries, leaving us with only a rudimentary framework for understanding the vastness of existence.

In the dream with the dead people, there was a lady with long red hair, she had a book bag, and she was telling me to follow her. She was just doing the gesture like come on. She seemed really nice and for some reason I knew she was a school teacher. But she was from the late 40’s or early 50s. The path that she was going was completely dark, whereas where we were standing, there was a light. I said this to say, before I had this dream, I kept finding long strands of red hair. Really thick red strands. I would get rid of it and find one somewhere else in the house. In my daughter’s room etc. One night my daughter woke up screaming, “there are spirits in my room”. I was really creeped out. But to have that dream months and months later, with that red hair, made me think about that school teacher, and it heightened my attention to what’s happening.

Another good topic brother. I have been learning to lucid dream over the last 10 years. In the beginning it was random, now I have a bit more control in having them, but sometimes my ritual doesn’t always result in a Lucid dream, however, once I’m in there I can control it. All I need is one moment to realise I’m dreaming, then that awareness wakes me up in the dream. Once I have it, Time is a bit limited, so I try to do as much as I can before waking up. I have learned each time to maintain my excitement as too much excitement or rushing to do what ever extreme will just result in waking you up. So I have to keep my cool and just remember what to try next. I have done everything from Flying, controlling my flight, dancing, changing colours, battling negative entities when I feel them near and most recently trying to travel to destinations. That one I need to work on a bit more. Each time I get better at what I can control. I tried to fly as high as I could once to see where it would lead me, but just ended up waking up. I love it. Now I need to try and meditate or do some serious work and stop messing around. At first you scramble to do whatever, but I realise now it’s a power to take seriously , at least in what I can do with it. Thanks for touching on this.

Other night I woke up in my dream and my spirit was trying to re-enter my body. I was scared. I thought it was some other entity, but shortly after I realize it was me trying to re-enter the body 😳 I panicked but self said open your eyes and I was back in my body something is definitely happening to me in the dream world.. I also noticed I am everything and nothing at the same time observing itself dreaming being the characters

You’re really informative. Everything that I have learned from you I have questioned at a point in my life. And last night I was watching a cartoon with my grand baby. And I wasn’t really paying attention to it. It was just like the last thing I’m guessing I slightly focused on before I went to sleep. I’m not really sure. However I had been talking to myself all day about meditation. That I have to get with it and shut down procrastination. So I knew I was going to look for a guided meditation. And in my dream there were cartoon characters offer me Meditation packages with All the things I was interested in Meditating about. It was both cute and interesting at the same time. And lately I have been eating and drinking this stuff, so to speak. Because I’m determined to get it. And when I come to your videos I can just keep scrolling through because you Always Have Some Knowledge and Wisdom that you’re sharing. So I end up watching several back to back. Enjoying every minute. So when I came across this video a few moments ago you brought to my remembrance…. Back in 2010 when the layers started loosening up and I honestly had no clue as to what was happening. Correction it was 2008 when things started happening out of the blue. Nevertheless it was still 2010 and the clock was set for 5am. And before the clock would go off, I would sit up out of my sleep and point at the clock and seconds later the clock would go off! And this happened for a week straight with no interruptions. And to be completely honest… it made me feel Powerful! I was just wondering what do you think was going on with me at that time? And Thank you again for your time and valuable information.

You're answer to your question is at the end of your post here. You were learning to assert your inner power. You didn't need an external source (alarm clock) to awaken you (consciously). 💪🏿

Sometimes the people around you will think you are being unrealistic and their negativity is a way that the shield you. But dream big! Peer into that future life and feel it! The more you can do it, the more probable it will be.

I was taking a nap and and I woke up in my dream state I saw my body being like pulled towards my bedroom door my body didn’t look solid like whispy for lack of better words lol initially I wasn’t scared but when I realized I was conscious I’m dreaming I got scared so I was trying to wake up and it was a battle 😅😅 that was the scariest part not being able to wake up and feeling paralyzed.. I didn’t tell anyone about this but once I woke up I was excited to experience it again to keep calm and experience it .. I did once as a child and as a teen I had a couple very vivid dreams. But it hasn’t happened in awhile

The hardest part is just becoming aware. Next is not coming back to waking consciousness. Then it's a matter of having fun in the dream and doing what you like.

@@KemeticCenteredLiving i agree to becoming aware is Hard. Even fully doing what you want for me was hard when I think back and I was able to make things spoken as I thought however I was not in control of my “time” there.

All facts, my dreams are vivid, mostly lucid, feels like I'm dealing with Astral projection. I can wake from one then jump straight into from another. I have recurring characters, recurring environments, adventures, interactions, arguments, sometimes intercourse, I've flew like superman, drove cars, been to beautiful locations, seen passed on loved ones, met celebrities, found money, fought to get back to waking life because I'm stuck in the lobby. I'm tryna get into writing them down but most dreams even if I forget the whole thing I remember the highlights. I genuinely feel like I have another life outside of this one and 8/10 times I prefer that place to here 😂

I’ve had some dreams that creep me out. I’ve had dreams where I have a line filled with dead people waiting to talk to me. I’ve had dreams where I can control what happens and or saying to myself, oh this is not real, I’m dreaming. Wake up Neicey! I’ve had dreams I can unalive people with words, or blowing at them. I’ve closed my eyes and was sleep for 2-3 mins and have visions of a leg cut off laying in the street, or an eye looking right into my eye, or someone laying on the ground bleeding. I had one in where a child was standing in a burned up ashes and debris of buildings that were bombed and this was before the war in Ukraine. However, the child was in the Middle East. Recently had a dream about children in shipping containers screaming and crying. But there faces were flashing so fast. I woke up and ran to my daughter and asked if I should call the police. I feel like something is wrong with me. My husband passed in 2021, and I’ve had several dreams about him, but this last one was truly weird and creepy. So I’m confused about it.

I have been enjoying your videos today. I love hearing other people discussing spirituality deeply like you do. ❤ On my way to really accepting that we are multi-dimensional beings. And that we really create our reality with our beliefs about reality. Did you struggle with this as a truth? A part of me beliefs it 💯. But another part doesnt want to believe. So im constantly flip flipping from knowing, to doubting. Even after several mystical experiences.
@KemeticCenteredLiving26 күн бұрын
Yes, we all struggle with it. We struggle in many different areas of our lives. For me it was being worthy of abundance and good. It's programming that is persistent. Overcoming that deep seated programming is the journey. Daily. But I KNOW I create my reality. And I see it around me through others.

When I was younger I was able to lucid dream. I wasn’t even trying an I didn’t know it was called lucid dreaming. Usually would happen when I would fear something that was happening in the dream. I still dream every night but have not lucid dreamed since a child.
@Me-uv8fj19 күн бұрын
Also to add I used to be scared of the lucid dreams because when I would wake up it is what the call sleep paralysis would happen and that use to scare the living heck out of me. Didn’t know what that was as a kid either seems nobody did until we got the internet is when I found out. I would tell my mom but she didn’t know what was going on an would pray over me. An write my dreams down.
@Me-uv8fj19 күн бұрын
Also gotta add this too lol, the sleep paralysis didn’t only happen when lucid dreaming, that actually happened quite a bit going into adulthood. I remember once it was happening an I was in bed with my wife she was watching tv when it was happening and when I finally woke I asked her what did she see, and when she told me just put uneasy thoughts in my mind. She was right by me and didn’t even sense anything. She thought I was just moving around in my sleep. I promise sleep paralysis is a scary thing. I think one of the most scariest things you can experience. I’ve heard a lot of information on sleep paralysis but don’t really know what to believe but I do know that is a crazy power that can cause something like that to happen in my personal opinion.

What if you've always used an alarm clock to wake up during the work week and used to be able to remember your dreams but no longer remember them? I haven't been able to remember my dreams for the past several years, but I used to remember them prior to a few years ago. Also, I can't even tell you how many times I have woken up over the past couple of years with bruises on my knuckles and/or tops of my hands. So much that I have taken pictures each time it happens. I'm curious to know your thoughts about these two things. Greatly appreciate you and all that you do. ❤
@KemeticCenteredLivingАй бұрын
If you can remember your dreams after waking up to an alarm clock that's good. Only thing to add about the bruises is you are sort of sleep walking. Hitting something? Otherwise no more I can add.
