can i incorporate both water and milk kefir in my diet?? i have been making milk kefir from my own grains...we have asian buffalo at my home and i ferment the milk after slowing heating the milk(pasteurize) ...i drink it in evening around 4 5pm and in morning empty stomach.... got out of ibs and GERD which i was facing from last 3 years... i want to start water kefir along with my fruits... thats why i was asking ...please guide me...i do not want to buy commercial probiotics.. and have already incorporated fermented veggies and saurcraut in my dinner .. am looking for something along with the fruits. it was from you that i learnt i lot about gut health...left grains except rice (1 2 times a week) eating a lot of vegges and fruits... you are a true nutritionist...hats off to you man.!!!!!
