I agree with. I am trying to bring the old routines into my new life with MS. They are not as numerous anymore, but they are important. But my MS was also the starting point to make dreams come true. Dreams I didn't have the confidence to pursue before. Now I don't care about other people's opinions. I'm alive now. I live more energetically and exploratively. Of course I'm slower in my body, but curiosity is my driving force. So I'm brand new😊

Thank you Seb. I totally agree with you. Routine is so important in my life too..and I also have noticed when I forget about the habits that are so beneficial for me in my daily life, the root of it is self-sabotaging thoughts that are so deeply rooted in my mind. However, I am becoming more and more aware of them.

Well said Seb! During the pandemic some of my routines got off and I noticed changes. Then when the pandemic eased, some of my healthier habits slid a bit in the area of my diet. Again I noticed some changes. I am back on track now and feeling great!

Hi! I think it is strange. I also started feeling much worse after I started Ocrevus after a year on it. And before that I wouldn't even think about my ms, cause I really didn't have any symptoms daily. I am thinking of stopping Ocrevus. While on Ocrevus, my mri has been stable for the first time since my diagnosis, but I am feeling worse and it doesn't make sense to me. I was in a very good condition when I started Ocrevus and suddenly I started having many relapses without new lesions. I know there can be progression without new lesions. But I think it is weird coincidence that it started right when I am on Ocrevus.

Think of the fact that your mris weren’t stable before Ocrevus. Maybe it’s the damage that was done pre Ocrevus that is coming to the surface… 🙏🏻🧡

Go with what makes you feel better. I was diagnosed in 2017. I do have symptoms but will never go down the DMD route. Diet supplements and exercise are so important. Hope you start to feel better.

@@sksk-ir5fohey there i was diagnosed last year and still not.on dmts because i have low immunity and keep catching infections plus scared of the side effects. I was doing fine until i got severe dizziness and ended up in a wheelchair. It seems its a permanent symptom and no neuro has a cure for the constant vertigo. May i ask r u on any dmts and what symptoms do u struggle with. Bless u

Hey there all the neuros ive been to want me on ocrevus claiming it will stop my aggressive ms and even reverse old damage like my severe vertigo and imbalance. But i personaly feel all drs only care about not finding lesions on mri and ignore progression and previous symptoms. I was only diagnosed last year and not on dmts and im now in a wheelchair from my constant dizziness. No one cares about these symptoms. And ive been hearing alot of negative feedback on ocrevus.. may i ask what symptoms improved for u and what u feel got worse? Bless u🙏

It's said that "the secret of our future is hidden in our daily routine". Seb, when in your previous video you were talking about the meaning of accepting help when we need it, came to my mind the lyrics of a beautiful song that I want to share with you: "Rise Up" by Andra Day. Maybe you would like to hear it. If I'm being invasive or daring, I apologize. Until next time Seb. Peace.😮
