Much respect to you man. I follow a few more bassmaster anglers that post their videos like a whole month after the tournament. I love how you post pretty soon after the actual tournament. Keep up the good work.

Know the Sabine wasn't your favorite place but hope you come back down so he can shake your hand !! Thanks for all your videos, they've made our day better so many times .. we're always rooting for ya!!!

I really have enjoyed watching your videos lately. You’re a genuine nice guy and have one of the most positive outlooks of anyone on tour that I have watched anyway. I really like the way you pick apart a lake in practice also. Anyway not to sound like some fan boy just thought I’d let you know I appreciate the way you present yourself. Keep it up

Spotted Bass are so fun to catch. On the Central Coast of California we have a lake called Lake Nacimiento aka Naci. The lake levels fluctuate a lot but it’s such a fun lake. Some of the hardest spinnerbait bites that I’ve ever had were on that lake from Spots! It’s incredible how much a smaller than largemouth can hit a bait!

That's a really nice striper but....they get bigger here in Alabama 😂. That was probably in the 20-25lb class and they get almost twice that at their biggest I've seen. My pb 27lber was a touch bigger than that one. I love targeting those fish on the Tallapoosa River under a local dam.

Might've been a record stripe for Smith. Those are a lot of fun on a regular bait caster. I bet you had a ball with the little spinning rig. Smith fishes almost exactly like lake Tuscaloosa. I would concentrate on spots and cull all day. If you can get 3 or 4 3 pounders in your bag you'll be in the top 10 at minimum.
@hytekrednekbama44005 ай бұрын
Dealing with all the idiots on seadoos and tons of boat traffic, lake tuscaloosa can be frustrating and dangerous. Always some drunks on the water doing dumb crap there. I love lake tuscaloosa in the fall for sure. Fewer idiots and much less boat traffic. I will go in the middle of the week in the summer, but will not go on the weekend at all. I instead will go to yellow creek/Bankhead if I have a choice . Love that place

Scott, with all the pressure being put on suspended bass, why is it that the bottom bite is getting worse also? You would think the bottom fish would be biting more because of less pressure
@HayesR.J.5 ай бұрын
I miss watching fishing too and not watching men play video games, but times are changing. You either gotta change with it, or get left behind. Bass fishing knowledge means nothing anymore, and all you need is a nightcrawler and a screen sadly to say. I’m still gonna watch tho hahaha no matter what
@victorzagorski55996 ай бұрын
I showed my wife your bait falling to the fish. She said “is t that cheating” lol If they banned livescope, Scott would be in the top ten every tournament anyway. The live scope companies must pay people a bunch of money for it to stay in pro fishing.

Gotta wade through 997 two and a half pounders to catch a good one on Smith Lake. Since the blueback herring moved in, it seems like they're averaging a little closer to 3 lbs each. Below, Smith Lake dam lies the Black Warrior River, and that's where the monsters live....

Really like your videos and your dad both of you guys are great, the only thing I don't like is the live scope that everyone uses these days it is like cheating in my opinion you are not giving the fish a chance, I know ol Doug Hannon would be rolling over in his grave about this and the way that things have changed. Again just an opinion. Keep on fishing guy we love it, God Bless

ABSOLUTELY! fish by instinct using wisdom from decades of throwing lures/bait in bodies of water known and unknown! *GET RID OF ALL ELECTRONIC WIZARDRY/SCENTS/ATTRACTANTS AND GIZMO'S! 35lb bags are not realistic for 99% of fisherman (let alone do that 3 days in a row) its absolutely absurd. I know Scott could win contests without shenanigans if everyone was forced to just fish by instinct. Thanks for the video Scott

Was a fan of your dad's, became a fan of you, but I will not ever understand how a pro fisherman of your stature would be sucked in by the money to play a bass video game. I won't watch sonar fishing; I abhor it just as I do spotlighting deer at night. It's the same deal. No talent, no skill, just the financing to buy all the electronic video game screens. Nope, not for me, not ever. You guys are killing the golden goose.
