When I started practicing Taekwondo years ago, I was very enthusiastic and I was training every day on everything including splitting and stretching, so it took me about 3 months to split (95%), but of course without stretching from time to time you will not be able to maintain it. You can split faster if you have better basic flexibility👌

Don't focus on split your legs, just do the rest of these exercises to stretch your legs and joints to make your body healthy, don't push yourself to the extreme just enjoy it with a little effort.👌

I’m planning to take taekwondo class, and i can’t split properly. While i’m just waiting to get enrolled I thought it’s the best if i start practicing full split on my own and the help of others.... Am I supposed to do this everyday?

First, do not wait until you do the full split to start practicing Taekwondo. You have to practice it within Taekwondo classes to progress faster. Secondly, it is enough to practice stretching exercises 3-4 times a week until you get the split later. Note that division is not everything in Taekwondo, but rather it is part of it. Flexibility in general is the most important. Good luck 🌹👌

At the beginning you shouldn't start with full split, instead try the side exercises to increase your flexibility step by step. No need to hurry up, 1 or 2 month and you will see the results 👌
