I'm sorry not. However, you can choose to format only the C drive to disable BitLocker protection when reinstall the system, thus preserving the data on other fixed data drives. BitLocker can also be disabled by formatting the drive.

If you're using "manage-bde -unlock c: -rp YOUR_RECOVERY_KEY" command, you should type your own BitLocker Recovery Key here, then press Enter. After unlock, type "manage-bde -off c:" and press enter to turn off BitLocker protection directly, then the BitLocker Recovery Screen won't appear again.

Did you use a local account to log in during the Windows installation process instead of a Microsoft account? This may cause your device not to appear in your Microsoft account.

Sorry to hear that. From the Microsoft Account official statement: Once you delete this recovery key, you can't retrieve it from here again. If you enter your pin wrong and don’t have this recovery key, you'll need to reset your device and might lose data. Make sure you save a copy of it before deleting. --------------------------------------------------------------------- If you have not backed up your recovery key, you're putting your data at risk. Then if you still have BitLocker PIN to unlock the drive, then do remember to make a copy of the BitLocker Recovery Key for safety.

Hi. If you haven't enabled BitLocker before, this recovery screen will not appear. Another possibility is that BitLocker was automatically enabled on your pc (when install Windows 11 24H2 Home).

🤔I'm sorry it doesn't work for you. On the whole, retrieving your own Recovery Key to unlock is the most effective way for this issue. However, you can try to run this command in WinRE Command prompt: "manage-bde -protectors -get c:" to check if you've set other BitLocker Protection methods to unlock your dirve. Wish this can do some help for you.
