Windows 11 Bitlocker Recovery Options

Hey..I've watched this video and tried to reset my new hp laptop. The hard drive isn't detected to install the OS... I've no idea of Microsoft Account or Bitlocker key...May you please provide further insight in this issue...thanks a ton in advance my friend

Bitlocker has locked me out. No Microsoft account doesn't have the BitLocker key. I got a USB reset, it should reset and wipe my drive. But both drives are not decided. No, the BitLocker reinstall doesn't work. It reads as errors. How do I install windows 11?

You can just do 'Skip this drive' and then you GO!

Don’t know my email or user name for bit lock drive. Is there a way to get the key from the key ID number. Or any other method I can’t remember my email address I have every device I buy I was have a separate email address for sometimes get to the end of this problem.

If you don't have the key at all, then no you can't get back into Windows unless you can figure out what setting has been changed.
