Even splitting your sleep in 2 sessions is considered dangerous. You might be sharing info that will cause health problems for people.

I’m not agreeing with this, but I’m not dismissing it either. I wonder if this would work for someone like myself, but adjusted. You need at least 90 minutes to reach rem for a decent nap I have sleep issues already and have discovered shorter sleep with more naps helps me more to function. I’ve only felt restful once and I have been chasing that high ever since 😂

Yeah I’d rather fast and get my 4-6 daily,,,sleep by 12 up at 4 sometimes a bit later if needed and bang out a productive 18-19 day with a solid healthy meals and snacks,,,seems more stable and realistic for real world humans,,not two week adjustment period
