One of my key takeaways from this session is when Mr Ighodalo made a comment about having to board Danfo prior to the conductor announcing the bus's destination and he said "All good things would come, just be patient, stay focused, keep working hard, believe in yourself, be confident, pray and just go on".

The highpoint for me is the recruitment of fresh lawyers as the standard of entry. It's just fantastic, just that if a young firm is not careful or ready to compete on remuneration, the firm will only train new wigs for the bigger boys as the new wigs too want to earn more. But in all, this is awesome. This is mentorship for whoever is interested. There's no excuse for not doing well in this age (with the presence of Internet and contents like this). Every resource to build on is available online and with this series, it should be easier for young lawyers in Nigeria to thrive in practice. One more thing, RMD has already given the title BIG WIG to all these exceptional lawyers who are not SILKS or SANs😁.

The conclusion I've drawn from this episode is the awesome human resource management at Banwo and Ighodalo. I like that Mr. Ighodalo disclosed a lot about himself outside his professional life, which is just as impressive as his career. I followed the conversation perfectly well except the exchange regarding golf courses that one can only experience by participating 😂.
