I have the Wi-Fi version. I have to say that it’s EXTREMELY SLOW in comparison to a Schlage. I don’t like that I can’t just tap the lock button and leave. I have to stand there for about 2 seconds with my finger on the lock button for it to accept and engage the lock. (yes not too much of a time killer) But when I say the Schlage you just hit the lock button and it immediately locks… it immediately locks. I do however love the alerts that it sends me… I know when it locks and unlocks and which user is unlocking. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! Keep it up.

I have 2 of the ones with built in wifi. I debated between wifi & bluetooth when I bought the 2nd not wanting to spend the extra $ but in the end I waited for a sale. Paid $220 for the first and $175 for the 2nd. My biggest gripe with them is that they drop the wifi connection all the time and they are both within 12 feet of the router. I will not be buying a third for my back door. Waiting for a better lock.

Hi David, It is odd to hear that yours are dropping the WiFi connection. I have never experienced that with mine. But I don't blame you....that would be aggravating. -Todd

Turn your router for 15 minutes and turn it back on at least once a week. It also depends on your wifi and router.
