Just from a Human design point of view: if you have a kitchen and a bed, there has to be a toilet also! The TV show Firefly had an interesting idea aboiut maximizing living space in crew quarters by having the toilet pop in and out of the bulkhead. Along those lines, the bed should fold up against the wall (especially if you're cooking under it). Just a few random thoughts that you've stirred up, lol.

i really really really really really really really needed an interior design video omg. I swear all of my 3D Modelling Environment Design experience has just been cobbled together from Minecraft building and I am making do but it is NOT helping with interiors I'm so lost. Need to read a book on feng shui

This kind of ship looks more like a shuttle, temporary transport maybe some planetside travel or at most inter planetary, doesn't seem something to live in or make large interstellar voyages. Instead of a kitchen I'd have put transport seating, some place for cargo, but that's just my opinion
