little Advice from me: For late Game prefer On Side Smelting. Once you have Drones bring in Stuff from far Deep Mining it's better too Switch for On Side Smelting. Because it's more compressed.

Yes, please. I am curious how you are planning on setting this up. I am using a three-space system, ie., three-spaces between belt lines, to facilitate crossover connections and have found the system very flexible and useful. I look forward to seeing your take on the system.

Actually the boiler will feed to the turbines and other boilers starm/water without pipes if they are flush against each other. So you can compress the design a bit if you like the tighter look.

I was going to comment that you can daisy chain the boilers it makes life so much easier especially when you get to the point like i have the ignium node just runs out and has to move the generators somewhere else or find and belt a new node surely further away 😊

Yep, they resemble the Factorio boiler/steam engines.

Water intake is 30,000 l/min (500 l/s), so one intake can supply 25 boilers. The limiting factor is the igneum fuel line, at 160 ore/min it can maintain 14.8 boiler continuously for roughly 50MW of power.

8:50 no, you can just put boilers together and water will flow through one to another. It's not necessarily to place some pipe between them. It works the same way between boiler/turbine, theese also can be connected directly. 14:50 it's supposed to be produced with assemblers mk.2, that's when the production rate becomes a quite usual integer number.

Hey could you do a Tutorial to steam Generator? Because I don t no what causes less output of electricity. Some of my Generators has an output of 100kw some 2.2mw.

Started playing this with 2 friends. At some point, both of them got silently dropped from the host. We each kept doing our thing, but a few hours later we realized we couldn't find each other, nor see what the others had built. We just got disconnected at some point and the game didn't even realize. We've decided to let the game sit for a couple months after that.

i really feel the recipes need another look over, they seem odd numbers and some of the ingredients are all over the place lol im finding it very difficult to make it tidy and efficient and i think thats pulling my interest away as it dont look look as satisfying. Great game i just want some tweeks lol

What's the point of playing a factory game on an alien planet if you just pave over it with some flat platform.

Great question! Given the map is infinite, we don't need to worry about space for the time being, once we've proceeded to the later game where you'll be using a lot more resources, we can start to focus on building the factory and making it beautiful, but we need to get there first
