Glad to help. It was a bit confusing when I first started using my cnc and thought others probably had a similar problem. They key is keeping that X, Y origin the same. It will be difficult to get the z axis to line up but so long as you get it close it probably won't be noticeable, especially if you fill with epoxy like I did. Thanks for watching!

@@StoneAndTimberShopClass I'm going to try making one with.25 inch ply first. I'll cut right through and mount to a second piece as a trial. I'll then ramp up to a 3/4" board and try a depth of .125" with an epoxy pour...
