Currently the worst airport I've been to in the uk to drop off/pick up. . Short stay parking possibly more expensive and cramped than Heathrow, even though it's in a field in Somerset.. And who thought that basing the car park on rubble would be acceptable for people trying to pull 20kg luggage and dependents around. Once you're past the rubble, you've got what feels like a 3mile walk up a steep hill to the terminal. The alternative is a quick 'off you go' visit to the drop off zone, as long as you're taking less than 10mins and don't need to help people checking in. Dropping kerbside would result in £100 fine. All airports are trying to squeeze visitors for as much cash as possible but this one, Bristol, isn't just unwelcoming, it's the absolute pits. Avoid if you can.
