Thank you! This sounds exactly like me.☺️ I also connect easily with nature. When I’m upset the sea and forest will always calm me down. So will animals.🫶🏼 When I’m not grounded I can get emotional very easily. It’s hard to explain to others. ✨ I try to stay as grounded and aligned as possible with meditation, working-out (calms the mind) and healthy boundaries. But healthy boundaries will never be easy for me. 🙏🏼

That is one thing I have had a hard time with my whole life, being in the body. I definitely feel what others feel. When doing oracle card readings, I would pick up on their energy and feelings, even attitudes they were coming in to the reading with. Very powerful.

Thank you so much this explains what I’ve sensed about myself and my surroundings for a while. It makes it difficult to explain to others why I can’t be around certain people even if they are “nice people” because I’m picking up on other frequencies that mess with my own. Creating healthy boundaries is a life long project of mine 😅

Clairsentience/clairempathic and claircognizance seem to be my main two (or 3) senses.

Its not my strongest psychic sense now... I'm more claircognizant and Clairvoyance but when I was a little girl my mother noticed that if I walked into a room where there was any tension (including unspoken) in or between the people present I would throw myself on the floor screaming. It can be a very hard psychic sense for a child to learn to handle. Its still there but I have more control over when I connect. I had to spend a lot of time alone as a little girl to recover from being around people. I am a ClairEmpath with high Emotional Intelligence. The challenge for me was learning to embody my own value and needs as important too. Developing Boundaries and becoming empowered with Self Love and Copassion was super important to me.

How do you explain if you pick up on energies that you already KNOW are not yours, yet you are in a room alone, for example? Would this be a case of sensing people who have passed on and may be in another realm or dimension, but you cannot see them? Or, could it be a case of residual energies that were left behind by people who used to inhabit the space you are in, such as in the past? Thanks for these videos, I learned a lot today, never knew there was such a thing as clear smelling?! LOL But i have had experiences where I have smelled things that have come out of nowhere, so perhaps this is a sign of my guides, or a passed on loved one, for example. Also, have you come across people whose abilities shift and change over the years? For example, my sight used to be VERY strong, but as I have aged, my clair HEARING has become INSANELY sensitive, where I never had ANY hearing senses before. Also, the funny thing is, that my ACTUAL hearing is TERRIBLE!! So many questions! Sorry, but this is very fascinating, thank you!
