Awesome ride! Most people would have difficulty walking the trail, especially that last bit. I was holding my breath. Seeing you get back up after the flip was a demonstration of determination and intestinal fortitude. Wow! When going to school in Flagstaff, I spent most of my weekends in Sedona. It is still as beautiful as ever. Thank you for the amazing video. Great ride through stunning country. Sorry tree😊

Another great video, it's good to see how you get set up before a ride. Keep up the great work dude. ;-)

Oh Dutch Baby! Are you ‘Oh Jer-ing’ cuz I was in Sedona and didn’t call?😉

@@jpmcghee Nah, just amazed at the predicaments you get yourself into. I got respect for the solo vibes. Almost not too hot to shred Sedona soon.

Haha I was just playin. Had a couple homies on call just in case, but just really wanted to rock that shit solo. Getting that spot updated is already in the works!!! See you soon, honey😘

I was just recently paralyzed in an mtb accident and am on the road to recovery. I just had a question as far as AD goes (Autonomic Dysreflexia). I was wondering if you had it or know anyone that has it. How do you manage it with riding? Losing the things i love kills me more than not being able to walk, so I am determined to get back to riding by any means necessary. My only concern is having a seizure in the middle of a ride. Any advise? Love your videos BTW please keep them coming because they are so motivating.

Jarry, that’s a tough one. Every body is different. For me, if I feel AD coming on, Advil, water, and lay down does the trick. But I’m a low injury (T10) and if a seizure is possible, I would probably not ever ride alone and have an emergency action plan in place
