If you pause at 2:20, you'll see that the symbol marked "Terrible" was originally on Spider-Man's back, the symbol with the X through it is Ultimate Spider-Man's Symbol, the one that say's "Too Scary" is Venom's symbol, and the circle symbol that says "Too Cute" was originally Spidey's spotlight symbol. It's awesome how in depth this is.

The Jansport superbreak backpack is the closest thing I can find. I don't think the Strapped Backpack exists on the market and maybe implies that Peter Parker attaches them onto it himself with his awesome sewing skills. More Depth ftw.
