I love the size of this figure because it really shows how massive the predator was in the movie. Dane DiLiegro is the shortest (edit: one of the shortest, thanks for the clarification in the comments) actor to portrait the predator, but unlike previous installments, his head was located in the neck of the creature, having a full-on animatronic head sitting on top of his, so it makes sense for it to be one of the largest predators.

Pretty sure the actors from Predators and The Predator were a bit shorter. It's a bit ironic that the tallest predators are Jungle Hunter and City Hunter played by Kevin Peter Hall at 7'2" even though canonically, they're meant to be fairly middle of the road in terms of size.

Took a bit for us to finally get this guy but he was definitely worth it, the attention to detail on this one, sure its a different look of a Pred than what we're used to but there I think is the charm to the figure. NECA really captured how cool this thing looked on the screen. Solid Review Sir, keep up the great work!

I was a little worried looking at the release pictures cause I couldn't see any way to attach the speargun to his back and the combi stick to his belt. So I thought there'd be no way to display this guy all geared up like in the movie. But they managed to make it work without sacrificing anything on the figure itself. Bravo.

There is a ball joint in the lower waist and a dumbbell joint in the upper abdominal area on all of the ultimates. Plus with a Dremel you can improve the range

Wade, as a comic book fan let me tell you about a comic from the 90’s where a Predator hunted a caveman. It was a Dark Horse Presents issue from Dark Horse Comics. Very cool story, the ‘Prey’ movie kinda borrowed the idea from that comic of a primitive human fighting a Predator. They also had comics with Tarzan fighting against a Predator & he’s basically a primitive type man too.

If you're wondering. The mask is from one of those ghost aliens in the movie predators. He hunted one and used the boney skull as part of the mask. It is also a nod to the prototype predator that van dam was gonna play as.

I decided a long time ago to limit my Neca Predator figures to the classic predator, City Hunter and the rest of the Lost Tribe Ultimates, but I think I'll pick this one up. Prey is a good movie and the unique predator design was intriguing. One question though, how can he see through the bone mask? My only guess is light bending technology.

I just got this and I like it. The magnets are strong in both his speargun and backpack. I didnt know untill I got it that he has shoulder hair. The paint looks good in person but apears sloppy in close up photos, but as is the case with most action figures excluding Hot toys. I wish neva includes stands with their figures (McFarland does with his toys and are several times cheaperbthsn neda. But he does skimp on the pained details eventhough his stuff usualy has good sculpts especially on capes. Youd swear that done of the capes were actual fabric untill you feel it.) Neca stuff can be over $70 with shipping and I dint know its its always worth it.

This Feral Predator is the ultimate poser in the Predator lore. It killed a tiny snake and a wolf while in its stealth cloak, and thought of itself as some kind of a bad ass lol. Lord Shimura said that "When we fight, we face our enemy head-on... When we take their life, we look them in the eye with courage and respect"

​@@wbhurt01it was the year 1719, it had a stealth cloak, wristblades, automatic tracking weapons, combistick, mines, netball, it stood over 7-foot-6, it has the strength of a bear and fought against pistols fully manual pistols that is as weak as a .22 and bows. That's like a fully-trained special forces soldier against 3 year old kids who just happened to pick up a .22 pistol... so yeah... like killing 40 kids should be a breeze lol
