My husband and I started dating when he was 15 and I was 14. We were both homeschooled and he graduated two years early when he was 16 and went straight into electrical work, and I graduated one year early at 17. We got engaged that following December when he was 19, and I was 17. Then come February, I turned 18 and 13 days later we were married! We've been married over 3 years now and we welcomed our first baby into the world back in December. He is the love of my life and such a wonderful husband and father!

How? It’s honestly stupid because I bet only a few people can remember them. I’m in 8th grade and I learned it in 4th and I still can barely remember the branches of the government. You think Cash and Kate are gonna remember that with a podcast, over 5 KZbin channels with millions of subscribers , millions of TikTok followers, music (died down tho), and being married 21 and 19 (nothing wrong with that). Let alone even care about the branches of the government. Plus, why do you need to know them by heart?

Why are matt and Abby so weird when people start talking about their faith... Like they just go silent and change the subject, do they not realize that usually people's faith is the most important thing in their lives. It's a great topic of discussion, it's just weird and uncomfortable to see how they shy away from that topic.

Yes, I think they should indeed respect the fact that both Cash and Kate both love Jesus and aren’t afraid to talk about their relationship with Him openly and for Matt and Abby to just dismiss that or push it off to the side shows lack of respect and character regardless of where they personally stand religiously. They can take time to listen without agreeing with them it’s just being respectful.

Okay well now you are disrespecting them by pointing it out. You have no business saying that about them because you don’t know why they’re like that. Who knows maybe they are struggling with their faith or don’t have faith and if that’s the case then still that’s not your place.

As someone who was homeschooled I don’t really love when homeschooling is portrayed as he was describing. Yes there is flexibility and you can finish early sometimes but I think highschool was super important (I’m not like crazy about you have to go to college but finishing highschool I feel is important. I was making money (not 100k) but was working full time and doing school at the same time. Just know…. not every homeschooler is the same.

I have been hearing of couples getting engaged and married at younger ages and it’s getting so worrying. You just aren’t developed enough to make those decisions yet! I don’t understand why they can’t wait a year or two and just focus on making memories with each other, and not rushing into such a serious life commitment? And this is coming from a guy who is still in high school.

This is just my opinion. But when I see, Matt vs. Cash, I see two very different stories. Matt was a man at 18. Even though he had nothing at the time, he was working restaurant jobs, mowing lawns, living on very little, in cramped apartments, trying to save every penny so that he could marry Abby. Cash capitalized on the fact that, he is in fact very handsome. In that way, he sort of "found money." Yes, he was hardworking, dedicated to his craft. He came from a "good family" of "nice, smart people." But he hasn't dealt with the same level of adversity. He comes off to me as, in many ways, still a kid.

I can see what you mean, and I’m sure once cash and Kate have kids, he’ll mature more. But if you watch their podcast, or hear Kate talk about him, he is different off camera. Much more serious and mature, especially with how he handles conflict. Compare him to his brother maverick, and he is much more manly. Matt is still immature. When Abby asks him the strange and personal questions that none of us should hear, he gives very strange answers, and always brings up weird topics that make their guests, and Abby uncomfortable. Obviously she married him, and they seem happy together. But I don’t think Matt is more of a man than cash. When you hear them describe cash’s work ethic, he seems very hardworking and dedicated. Enough to where him and his brother are able to live and pay multiple people.

@@AutumnMonroe-mn7nlI agree from what I've heard on the podcast cash does do a lot of mature work behind the scenes whilst having a fun online persona to improve the content. He's harper and haisleys manager and handles a lot of the financial/business stuff behind the scenes
@asecmimosas4536
@asecmimosas4536 23 күн бұрын
@@AutumnMonroe-mn7nl some people here are criticizing Cash's demeanor. That he comes across as unserious or not check in. I am not talking about that. I do not care about that. Some very mature men are very difficult to make serious, and some very somber men are very immature. Nor am I saying that he does not work hard. In fact I said he does work hard in the OP. Nor do I think he's inadequately manly. My impression of Cash is that, at virtually every opportunity, he is dense to the valid concerns/criticisms of the women in his life. His mother's concern for his education is just one example. He doesn't answer to anyone, he gets his way, and that can be a positive trait but also a form a hubris that correlates to immaturity.

My exes parents gave them absolutely no education in high school either. Both parents were uneducated themselves and they didn’t make sure their kids got a basic education. All 6 of their kids are seriously struggling now. They signed off on a diploma in Arkansas even though the kids met zero education requirements. No algebra, no science, only one history class in 18 years, some of the kids only have a 4th grade reading level. Unfortunately having zero requirements can lead to major child abuse which will affect those kids for the rest of their lives (they were also severely beaten in that home and the sister was raped by a family member. Because they didn’t go to school there were no trusted adults outside the family they could share with.)

This episode was painful... I felt like they were trying to come up with things to talk about, it was so awkward. The two being interviewed are so impressed with themselves... yikes. Had to stop a third of the way through.

No point in bringing people down :/ you could keep that to yourself. I actually loved this episode, and everyone has their own opinion. But if you have nothing nice to say, why be a downer? You honestly sound rude and judgmental. But hey, you along with many other people in this comment section. It’s sad you ppl find the need to bring others down, to maybe elevate yourself? its just weird.

But you make a point to come at me... go away. You're absolutely right, I can have an opinion and I don't have to agree with you, nor do I want to have an opinion in common with you when you're attacking me for giving criticism that was honest, ive never left a negative comment before because I do enjoy their podcast, this one I didn't. Giving honest feedback about how uncomfortable it was isn't rude. If you can't handle opinions, get off social media. I have an opinion that differs from yours. Grow up. I like Matt and Abby, but the people they interviewed are out of touch with reality and the real world. Other people feel the same way as me, so don't come at me when you're literally the pot calling the kettle black.

Yeah, like I'm on minute 12 with my mouth wide open and jaw on the floor. The story of the guests is like from psychological horror, but they talk about it like it's normal. A guy is THIRSTTRAPING on the Internet at the age 15! Gets shirtless (but only sometimes - he is saying it in the way like it was any better). He gets so obsessed by the huge revenue (over 6 figures) so much that he refuses to socialise with his peers. It's so beyond discusting to think who were the viewers of his content at that time. Becouse most of his peers wouldn't be able to regularly donate such amounts of money on his steams like that... 😢 I'm feeling so sorry for him, becouse I know that sooner or later he will realise how he was taken advantage off. Than from the girls side - she gets picked by older, successful on social media guy. She is so scared and upset by hate she gets, but her bf is so obsessed with SM that he convinces her to do that. All the hate she has been getting ends up by her being forced to drop out of High school. The father of a girl just pleads with them to not get married before she is 18, so they wait until 2 days after her birthday. Now both of them are in this unstable career without any plan B, no experience, no education, no streets smarts. With the whole bunch of trauma they have both gained from the only source of their money. Doesn't it just sound like a start for some twisted drama?

Never heard of this couple, probably bc I’m a little bit older but as a homeschooling mom I feel like it’s reassuring that your kid could be so motivated at 14 to be making over 100k 🤣 what homeschooling is all about letting your kids have the time and freedom to chase their passions and dreams! They seem like a nice young couple.

The way Cash is saying he was homeschooled is exactly the same way I was. I don’t think I ever did school past like 5th grade, but ended up getting 2 associates degrees at a technical college, and am now at a 4 year school for a bachelor’s degree, I’ll be finished in 2 years rather than 4. Homeschooling that way is amazing to me

Every state has a different homeschool rules. In Arizona a child can stop going to school at 16. The state doesn’t track it. There is no testing. You have to submit a homeschool affidavit to the county office. If you use ESA for homeschool you don’t have to do a homeschool affidavit. It’s recommended you create a transcript for each child and save some of their work. There are curriculums that come with tests. You as the parents will grade all their work and tests. They can walk at a graduation for high school that is specific to homeschool kids. There are co ops, there are part time schools that are considered homeschool options. All this to say Cash’s homeschool experience is unique. Each state is different and you have to research what your state allows.

as someone who doesn’t care what people think the trick is to not let it hang over your head because at the end of the day people are going to have something to say about you regardless of what you do, post, wear, or act. Some things hurt more than some but you also got to have some confidence and remember that it is their loss and they they were missing out on an AMAZING person!
