Lyrics:
Don’t you think this shit’s getting too real?
Don’t you know the terms of your own deal?
Don’t you think we both need time heal?
You don’t have a glimpse of how I feel
Try softly
When I let you come near
Get off me
If you don’t know how I hear your words echoing in me
You might think those
Are small steps on the way
We’re so close
Your waves are crushing in my bay
You shake me in my dreams
We are blurred
We keep fading it feels
So absurd
Don’t you dare sayin’ a word
Don’t you think this shit’s getting too real? Don’t you know the terms of your own deal?
Don’t you think we both need time heal?
You don’t have a glimpse of how I feel
We are blurred
We keep fading it feels
So absurd
Don’t you dare sayin’ a word

You guys earned it. Beautiful song. Great melody. That Tim and Clay guy should be in a band, they are pretty good ;) Metal is my main genre of preference. But i grew up on classic hits from ABBA to CCR. Old school 80s 90s Hip hop was my first real love for music. Playes a guitar and then it was rock and metal. Other genres didnt feel as interesting to play music to. You guys, polyphia, and others that are blending genres with virtuoso playing are bringing more people than you might know into genres that deserve some attention! Thank you for the hard work and amazing song.

@@ariel.abrhm7 they still use the older tags from a couple years ago, this song in particular doesn't fit with stuff like techdeath, on the other hand Unprocessed's older songs (e.g prototype and haven) definitely fit in prog, same story for early polyphia up to TMH. I'm pretty sure that they themselves (unironically) would consider themselves more into the modern mathrock scene (think strawberry girls, chon etc.) although that branding is relatively recent considering how they were considered djent then prog for a much longer time (like I said, literally listen to Unprocessed's last song and Polyphia's albums before the most hated)

A beautiful mix of all my favorite genres, great band, amazing features, One piece reference in the animation. Ok. Best music video of 2020 for me.

I'm just over here thinking about the fact that a band named "Unprocessed" released a song called "Real" and their sound is, by all rights, insanely processed and run through so many fx and editing on the back end that it's maybe the furthest thing from real possible.

Sometimes I feel bad for Scott. He's nearly as good as Tim, yet doesn't get featured and isn't nearly as well known on his own as Tim is.

This is one of my fav riffs that manuel posted on Inta. I was shocked/glad when I realised that he put this into a song! I remember him posting this riff with the caption 'people say I have a weird vibrato'!

So many bands are turning themselves into anime characters that at this point we just need to make an anime composed of metal songs.

It's been almost a year since I listened to polyphia, I just couldnt since it reminds me of someone special who's no more in my life. Funny how life brings back the things I loved in the form of something new, yet carrying the nostalgia factor as if it has always existed. Unprocessed helped me with the grieving and made life a little less grey then and now well they collabed with basically a bittersweet moment in my life. Nonetheless these guys never fail to impress!
