@@redbeardengineered It must very very weird to let go of the steering wheel and do nothing with your hands, though? I’d be as twitchy as heck to begin with. As confidence builds it’d be more comfortable to let go. Did you feel the same?

It took me 4 years before I felt I could trust my back up camera. I don’t think I could ever wrap my brain around a vehicle doing the work for me. I spent 42 years driving an 18 wheeler. It would be impossible for my antique brain to adapt to self driving cars.

Patience is a great virtue for a good and safe driver, and FSD is very patient. Sadly if some cars arrive behind the Cybertruck it can be an issue.

If a "street planer" did such an intersection in Europe he would have been fired at once. Not to mention the speed limit in my city, France's second largest city, is 30 km/h !
