I have a quick question which I’m hoping you can help with. It seems I have these millennium keys pads that go to box like you have. The wires come from the ground and into box. However I have a red and black wire which are disconnected. It also has a small ground thin wire. Would you have any idea where they go connected on board. I just bought this home and manual doesn’t help. I also have two out of three remote that don’t work. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hello, our gate will not work with our remotes all of a sudden, we changed the batteries and that did not work. The motor was sounding different and the gate would stop half way open most of the time before this happened. Any help wanted and needed 😢

Well it's hard to say exactly what your situation is... Will likely need to get in contact with a repair company to come out and take a look. I'd imagine it's not the board since the gate moves at all? I don't know
