i thought kragie was just a pretty-boy, cracked DPS gigachad. This video shows that he's all of those things but also a ml7-tier professor 5-head. most of the best stream of consciousness style education content are tank or support mains (e.g. Yeatle, ml7), so it's really cool to get this kind of content from a cracked DPS main.

The fact that the current No. 1 fps player on the planet in Overwatch 2 got placed okay 5 just shows how broken ranked is atm and how the matchmaking is based on how lucky you get with ur team, I’m gold 2 and I’ve had previous diamonds on my team and we wiped and I’ve gone against diamonds and been wiped

@@ggolden I doubt thats how it works. Look at Ow1 unranked to gm's, everyone who did good like kragie did and won all placements matches ( like kragie) got placed at least high plat or mid diamond. Its really just a mystery but the fact that he is playing against top500 in plat tells me he isnt even in plat, its just fake rank and hidden mmr is probably a lot higher

Can someone explain to me why all these high ranked players make alts to Smurf and slap a “educational” on the title and it’s fine? Surely breaking down high level players gameplay is more beneficial then rolling plats. It’s clearly not challenging for the rank 1 dps to get to gm on dps I really don’t understand it

they mostly make them as they get views, but even when kragie is plat 5, the matchmaking system is putting in higher elo lobbies so he only really stomps plats for like 5 games, which is still 5 games ruined but less than it seems

And also in order to teach low elo players you need to go back to low elo because the low elo rules(or the way the games are played) are different from high elo. The condicion is different fro example the heroes you see in low elo(or the most common) are not the same as the most played heroes in high elo so you play your game or the comp different. A bronze/silver player plays heroes like torb, soldier, symm, ashe, mei while master and above play what they want and the includes sojourn, tracer, sombra, kassady, widow. And what is meta in low elo is different from what is meta in high elo, for example a silver sojourn or widow will throw game but a master sojourn or widow win games and makes these heroes look broken.

The rank system is busted currently so thats why you don't see alot of videos bronze to gm and whatnot. Unless you get to plat the chances of getting beyond gold are very diffstarying from bronze. Blizzard touched on it i. Their recent blog post but unless you're plat you get the short end of the stick woth matchmaking essentially ensuring you don't go above gold.

The best way to beat it is just queue with friends. Then the chances of you getting all bronze players on your team are lower when you queue with a team and you're at silver or gold. But even then the rank system is still broken to an extent. I went 7 wins and 2 losses yesterday twice and nothing changed. Then 7 wins and 1 loss another time and nothing changed.

@@yuji6385 exactly! Most if those videos if not all are plat to gm. You can get around it technically. Just find great players and queue together. But still it will put you againt the best players after a while. Also if you do that with 4 people it will give you new players or really bad players as your 5th. I tried it. We had a reaper w Hold his ult the entire game and we were in gold. Idk what he was. Probably first day or 2 on the game.
